We are devoted to training the next generation of marine naturalist guides. These are the individuals who will inspire and educate the public on whale watching trips for years to come.

Providing these talented individuals with fresh ideas to our Partners helps them build capacity.

Our Non-For-Profit Partners can also access our talent pool of WCA trained individuals who are ready to get out there and help with the fantastic work of our Partners.

We recieved Emma and Kevin as volunteers talking about the ``net effect``. They were really good at talking with the passengers about the entanglement issue, whales and marine mammals in general.

They were very kind & lovely people, always trying to help. We were very happy to host them!
